RollerDrive conveyors incorporate a number of drumroll Ø 50 mm 24VDC RollerDrives as the driving force. Each RollerDrive is linked to a specified number of slave rollers via a Ø 5 mm PU drive band. Each RollerDrive & its associated slave rollers may be controlled as an independent zone of roller conveyor & can be made to run in either direction or stop as required. Each RollerDrive is supplied with a control card which gives an interface to external control such as a PLC in addition to providing current protection for the RollerDrive motor.
It is NOT recommended to incline or decline RollerDrive powered roller conveyors.
